Upon Streamyx™ activation, customer has to bring along Multimedia Confirmation Slip for the collection of their Cordless Phone at any TMpoint.
TM reserves the right to vary the Cordless Phone model depending on availability of stocks.
For Streamyx & Phone Package™, the Customer can start enjoying call plan on the next bill date after Streamyx™ service is activated. In general, package registration takes between three (3) to seven (7) days from application date, subject to service availability in the Customer’s area. SMS notification will be sent to the Customer to inform them of the call plan activation date.
FREE WiFi modem with one year warranty is only applicable to new customer and existing customer with wired modem.
No new modem will be given to existing Customers subscribing to package with WiFi modem.
The Cordless Phone is applicable for new subscriptions & upgrading to higher speed only.
The Customer is entitled to the new Cordless Phone upon upgrading speed from other services to Streamyx & Phone Package™.
The Customer is only entitled to 1 FREE cordless phone for this package. No new cordless phone will be given when upgrading to higher speed within Streamyx & Phone package™.
- The HyppTV Set-Top-Box(STB)will be provided to Streamyx 8Mbps customers as well as Streamyx 4Mbps customers opting for HyppTV Packages.
Customer can migrate from existing call plan to a new plan. The existing call plan will be terminated on the next bill date.
For TM Phone™ Package, the customer can start enjoying call plan the day after the call plan is registered. In general, call plan registration takes between three (3) to seven (7) days from application date, subject to service availability in the Customer’s area. SMS notification will be sent to the Customer to inform them of the call plan activation date.
The Customer can migrate from an existing call plan to a new call plan. The existing call plan will be terminated on the same day of termination request.
TM Announcement - Full Implementation of E-form and Biometric Device (Electronic Thumbprint Device) for Unifi and Streamyx Registration Effective 1st November 2016 (Date: 2016/11/5) Pertaining to the matter above, E-form and Biometric Device (Electronic Thumbprint Device) will be implemented by TM for Unifi and Streamyx registration. This policy will be 100% fully implemented in wme.my for orders registered in TM system effective 1st November 2016.
You may submit order to wme.my as usual. We have runner to contact your and arrange appointment to get thumbprint verification from you before we process the order. .
Order will not be processed if runner failed to get thumbprint verification from customer (For example : Customer refuse to do thumbprint verification). Kindly inform about thumbprint verification before hand to ease the registration process.
For foreigner orders, (Not Foreign Customer) are advised to come to our office to do thumbprint verification and witness. If you are not convenient to do so, foreigner orders will be rejected.
We are sorry to inform that our runners are not able to cover all areas in Malaysia. Areas available for runner to do thumbprint verification are listed below. For orders fall out of the area listed, we have no other choices but to reject the order. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.
